10 a.m. - 11 a.m. : ERB Jeopardy game, hosted by Joan Bledig - Chao Auditorium, Ekstrom Library, University of Louisville

10 a.m. - 6 p.m. Tours of ERB Memorial collection and Bob Hyde exhibit - Rare Books, Ekstrom Library

11 a.m. - noon : Meet the Artists, question and answer panel - Chao Auditorium, Ekstrom Library

LUNCH BREAK

2 p.m. - 3 p.m. : ERB slide show by Dorothy Howell - Chao Auditorium, Ekstrom Library

3 p.m. - 5 p.m. : Bob Hyde dedication -- Bob Hyde collection dedication with remarks by Hannelore Rader, Dean of Libraies, Delinda Stephens Buie, Curator Rare Books, and Bob's three children: John, Susan and Wendy. A reception will follow.

Saturday, August 4

9:00am - 1:30pm: University of Louisville - view Edgar Rice Burroughs: Tarzan and Beyond exhibit and tour Burroughs Memorial Collection

10 a.m. - 11 a.m. : Burroughs Bibliophiles History Panel: Past, Present & Future. Moderated by John Tyner - Galt House

2 p.m. - 3:30 p.m. : Annual Burroughs Bibliophiles Auction, Huckster Room - Galt House

6:30 p.m. - 9:30 p.m. : Annual Dinner in the Jones Room, with guest speaker Richard Hescox; discussion panel on Herman Brix and Gordon Scott, the two Tarzan actors who died this year, hosted by Mike Chapman; presentation of annual awards.

Sunday, August 5

8 a.m. - 1 p.m. : Sunday Farewell Breakfast, Café Magnolia (formerly River Grill), Galt House

Twenty tables, each with one white tablecloth and two chairs, have been reserved at $35 each for the duration of the convention. More tables will be supplied if needed. Huckster room will be open from Thursday morning through Saturday evening (closed and locked at night) for selling, buying and trading ERB books & collectibles. Please reserve a table by contacting George McWhorter a.s.a.p.
